In the Knowledge Center, Kevin Alishouse discussed Itron’s Gas Telemetry product portfolio. At this year’s conference we’re showing two commercially available products, 100T-CP Cathodic Protection Telemetry Module and the 100T-HON Telemetry Module. The 100T-CP was developed in cooperation with the Gas Technology Institute and eliminates manual voltmeter reading through remote monitoring of pipe to soil readings, providing daily data that helps with pipeline management. The 100T-HON monitors gas pressure and data along pipelines and sends alerts, when necessary, to enable customers to manage their system and ensure service reliability.
