How much is the Knowledge Conference registration Fee?
Knowledge Conference Early Bird Fee before Aug. 29 is $1,195, after Aug. 29 the Knowledge Conference Fee is $1,395.

What is included in my Knowledge Conference registration fee?
The Knowledge Conference registration fee includes access to over 90 Knowledge Conference breakout sessions, and breakfast and lunch events on Monday and Tuesday. In addition you are invited to attend the Knowledge Conference Welcome Reception on Sunday, Dust Up In the Desert event on Monday and the Knowledge Conference Closing Reception on Tuesday.

How much does the hotel cost per night?
Itron has negotiated a special rate of $269 plus tax per night, single or double occupancy. This rate is only guaranteed until Sept. 5, 2018, based on availability. We highly recommend that you book your lodging as soon as possible as rooms sell out quickly. Reservations received after Sept. 5 may be subject to the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess market rate. The hotel has a 30-day cancellation policy. To avoid early check-out fees, inform the hotel upon check-in or prior to your arrival.

Tips
  • Bell attendant tips are included with Itron's special rate. Bell attendants will guide you to your room location.

How do I get to and from the area airports to the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess?

Distance from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess - 25 miles

What does the guest meal program include?
The Guest Meal Program* includes entry into all Knowledge Conference general sessions as well as breakfast and lunch. In addition, guests are invited to attend Sunday's Knowledge Conference Welcome Reception, Monday's Dust Up In the Desert and the Knowledge Conference Closing Reception. The Guest Meal Program fee is $160 until Aug. 22, 2018. After that date the fee is $175.

*Name badge is required for entrance to all events.

What should I wear?
Conference attire is business casual. Dust Up In the Desert is this year's Monday evening event. Wear your most comfortable and fun cowboy attire.

What is the refund policy?
If you cancel by Aug. 22, 2018, you will be refunded your registration fee less a $100 cancellation processing fee. If you cancel after Aug. 22, 2018, you will be refunded your registration fee less a $200 cancellation processing fee. We will, however, allow a registered attendee to substitute their registration for another employee at the same company. All cancellations must be received in writing. When and where is the golf tournament?
This year's golf tournament will be held at The Stadium Course at TPC Scottsdale on Sunday, September 30
