How much is the Knowledge Conference registration fee?

The Knowledge Conference Early Bird fee is $1,195 before Sept. 5; after Sept. 5, the fee is $1,395.

Please note: If you cancel your registration before September 5, 2019 you will receive a refund minus a $100.00 processing fee. After September 5, 2019 you will receive a refund minus 50 percent processing fee.




What is included in my Knowledge Conference registration fee?

The Knowledge Conference registration fee includes access to: over 90+ Knowledge Conference breakout sessions, keynotes and our interactive tradeshow floor, the Knowledge Center; breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday; and our networking events on Sunday (the Welcome Reception), Monday (the Beach Block Party) and Tuesday (our Closing Reception).




How much does the hotel cost per night?

Itron has negotiated a special rate of $269 plus tax per night, single or double occupancy. This rate is only guaranteed until Sept. 5, 2019, based on availability. We highly recommend that you book your lodging as soon as possible as rooms sell out quickly. Reservations received after Sept. 5 may be subject to the JW Marriott Marco Island market rate. The hotel has a 7 day cancellation policy. To avoid early check-out fees, inform the hotel upon check-in or prior to your arrival.

How do I get to and from the area airports to the JW Marriott Marco Island?

Simplify your travel to the JW Marriott Marco Island by booking ground transportation to and from the Ft. Myers / Southwest Florida International (RSW) airport using our discount shuttle service. ($79 each way) This non-stop service is used exclusively by Itron Utility Week attendees. Look for the Destination & Conference Services (DCS) host holding an Itron sign in the airport baggage claim area. Click here to make your reservation for transportation.

What does the guest meal program include?

The Guest Meal Program* includes entry into all Knowledge Conference general sessions as well as breakfast and lunch. In addition, guests are invited to attend Sunday's Knowledge Conference Welcome Reception, Monday's Beach Block Party and the Knowledge Conference Closing Reception. The Guest Meal Program fee is $160 until Sept. 5. After that date, the fee is $175.

*Name badge is required for entrance to all events.




What should I wear?

Conference attire is business casual. Beach Block Party is this year's Monday evening event. Wear your most comfortable and fun beach attire.

The cost for the golf tournament is $165. This fee includes green fees, breakfast, beverages and snacks on the course, and an awards luncheon. Club rental is $55 per person.
