Itron offers a variety of online tools to help customers gain immediate access to product downloads, live troubleshooting, collaboration and networking with your peers, and more.
eKnowledge online Support Services—allows Itron customers 24-hour access, seven days a week to open and monitor services requests and download product updates and literature that is pertinent to their business needs.
WebEx—remote desktop provides assistance and troubleshooting services to our customers offsite.
Forums—Itron has established a new online Forums area for Itron customers to communicate openly about product issues they encounter and to ask general questions about the products they use on a daily basis.
