The purpose of the Itron Security Center (ISC) is, first and foremost, to assist OpenWay customers implement proactive measures to reduce the risks of computer security incidents. The ISC’s secondary goal is to assist the Itron OpenWay community in responding to such incidents when they occur.

The ISC is committed to keeping OpenWay customers informed of potential vulnerabilities, and wherever possible, will inform this community of such vulnerabilities before they are actively exploited.

This initial release of the ISC is focused on incident and vulnerability handling for Itron's OpenWay customers. Future phases will include additional product lines and security services.
