PC-PRO+ Advanced is a powerful set of tools to be used for programming electricity meters that allows users to read meter data and transfer files into other software applications for reporting and management analysis. It contains all of the intuitive means of setting up meter program files and diagnosing field problems with an additional easy-to-use system replication feature that simplifies the process of transferring system settings and program file information to other PC-PRO+ Advanced and Shop-Pro™ workstations.
When you use PC-PRO+ Advanced with your Itron electricity meters, you can:
Easily adapt to the changing data needs of your customers. Users can graphically define time of use (TOU) schedules with overlapping rates, various seasons, and customized holidays.
Reduce costly field service. Maintenance tasks are made easier with printed meter status reports, export of load profiling data and associated register data for use with MV-90 systems, and the ability to reconfigure meters without losing consumption data.
Improve the consistency of customer data. With PC-PRO+ Advanced, you can program a complex meter configuration, save the meter configuration and apply it to another meter in the same series.
Easily troubleshoot deployed meters. Users can analyze phase diagrams of the voltage and current supplied to the site and create meter image files while online with a meter. Meter image files are a snapshot of the meter configuration parameters as well as meter data. The files can in turn be imported into other systems. PC-PRO+ Advanced can also read these files and display the meter configuration information as if you were directly connected to the meter.
