NEW! Short-term Load Forecasting - Choosing the Right Model
This one-hour live seminar is presented via the internet. We will introduce several alternative model specifications used in short-term load forecasting by applying them to forecasting loads for individual customers and control regions. Model types covered will include day type, linear spline and neural network models. Attendees will obtain a better of understanding of how different model specifications can forecast under various conditions.

NEW! Amsterdam Energy Forecasting Workshop
Itron is conducting a three-day, hands-on workshop that covers the development of regression and neural network models as they apply to daily and hourly electric forecasts. By blending industry-leading instruction on forecasting theory with hands-on application, the workshop provides energy forecasters with a solid understanding of regression and neural network modelling and the skills necessary to create accurate forecasts. Topics include: regression and neural network theory overview, building daily and hourly energy models, constructing variables for hourly forecasting, portfolio forecasting, and applying forecast models and variables to customer specific data.
